Business Motto

We operate on a very simple Business Motto: Provide a good product at a good price with good service. Note: we offer the same price everyday to everyone.  In order to operate efficiently as a very small business we have the following policies in effect, we cannot deviate from these policies.   

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy -  All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Please pay attention to all the details listed in the product description regarding sizing/which models the part fits, and installation info etc, before you order.  These polices allow us to efficiently process all orders accurately and in a timely manner.  

COURSE REGISTRATION: We cannot refund course registration fees.  Once you sign up you have agreed to take a slot in the course that could have been available to someone else.  If you are unable to attend the course you signed up for we can move you to another course providing there are slots available.  We can also issue you store credit if you cannot attend any courses.  Alternatively you can have someone take your place in the course, they must send us a copy of our vetting form in order to be accepted into the course.

Warranty:  We stand behind all our products and warranty any defects in material or manufacturing. We do not warranty products damaged by the user or improper installation. Refer to all installation instructions prior to installing.  All our products are designed for use and have been vetted over time and in bad environments, they work and will hold up.  We do not warranty our products against damage, abuse, misuse from the end user or improper installation.  We do not warranty against normal wear and tear such as frayed webbing, 550 cord, elastic, velcro, etc.  

Shipping and Handling:

We process orders promptly to insure you get your order in the most timely manner possible. We ship through the United States Postal Service. We offer standard shipping and Priority Mail Express shipping.  If you select our standard shipping (typically arrives in 2-4 business days) we are not responsible for your order once it leaves our facility.  If you select Priority Mail Express, your order is insured against loss or damage.

We currently only ship to U.S. addresses.
